We will require a credit card number on your personal profile at time of booking. We will be able to check you out at - touch free!
Dress accordingly, especially if receiving color, as we are not hanging any clothing.
Plan to arrive alone — no additional visitors, children or pets.
We suggest you bring your personal book, iPad, phone, etc.
If you are receiving a haircut only and do not want to have your hair shampooed or blow dried, please arrive with clean, dry hair.
For your health & safety we are not servicing guests who appear to have cold symptoms.
All of our staff are required to wear a face mask, and will receive temperature checks at the start of shifts. Any of our staff that isn’t feeling well is not permitted to work until all symptoms have cleared.
Arrive 10 minutes early and wait outside the building, we will call you to let you know when you can come up once your stylist is ready for you. This is temporary & due to the 50% capacity restrictions. We are not happy about this either but we are doing our best to be able to better serve you.
Upon entering the salon please make sure you are wearing your face mask that is secured behind the ears, we recommend a disposable one especially for color clients to avoid color stains, unless you don’t mind the tie dye look.
We have masks available for a $3 fee.
Apply hand sanitizer provided at entry- if you like to be extra - you may also wash your hands prior to check in.
We have hand sanitizer throughout our salon and at every station. We also have hand lotion to pamper your well sanitized hands.
We installed distance barriers in-between our shampoo bowls & throughout our space for an extra layer of protection.
Hospital grade cleaner will be used on all areas of our salon including stations and tools before and after each client.
Our salon has been and will continue to be super sanitized. All high traffic areas will be constantly cleaned -retail, desk, bathrooms, elevator buttons, doors, handles, light switches, countertops, atm, sinks, chairs, pens, etc will be disinfected after each use.
Cosmetologists are licensed professionals highly trained in sanitation & disinfection procedures. All of our team members are Barbicide certified in cleanliness and salon safety protocol.
Every service provider has extended appointment times to sanitize and sterilize their stations and tools in between every client appointment.
Towels, robes, and capes will be super clean as always and stored in our closed linen closet.
Our drinks, snacks, treats, magazines and waiting area will be on pause for now. Don’t make that sad face this is only temporary :)

Pre-booking will resume once every client who had appointments cancelled due to covid, gets a new appointment.
No hugs or kisses for now but please know we are over the moon with excitement to see all of our beautiful clients!!

Keratins, Hair Extensions, Japanese treatments: Any rescheduling must be done 4 business days prior to your service appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
We love you and we don’t want you losing anything... except for unwanted grays and split ends!
